Wayne, while I freely admit Trump did some good things for the country while POTUS that’s in the past. He is a different totally different man today fighting to stay out of prison on I don’t know how may felony charges. I’m sure some are strictly politically motivated but others definitely are legitimate charges to which he should be held accountable which assumably should mean prison time. I see Trumps main motivations for wanting to become POTUS again as:
To pardon himself of all crimes Power Boost his ego To get even with those who have disagreed with or irritated him in the past and especially right now.
Trump, Vowing ‘Retribution,’ Foretells a Second Term of Spite
In a speech before his supporters, the former president charged forward in an uncharted direction, talking openly about leveraging the power of the presidency for political reprisals.
I’m not concerned about what he will do for the country but what he will do to the country in his quest to get even for things he feels are/were an injustice to him.
That being said the Republicans had better get it together, quit fearing Trump and find a more suitable candidate or surely we will have the same idiot POTUS for another 4 years and God forgive, if he is unable to serve the full term we get something probably even worse in Kamala when she takes the helm.
I truly do not understand how anybody can support Trump today and that’s coming from someone who voted twice for him but never again.

America needs vengeance on democrats like never seen since the Civil War saw vengeance on the democrats.
If vengeance is the solution (I disagree) then both the Republicans and Democrats need it. There is way to much vengeance and violence in America today.

All from the democrats, antifa and BLM.

I feel the same way. I also voted for him but not again. If the 2024 presidential race is between Trump and Biden I'll save myself a trip to the poll except maybe go to vote for state and local candidates.

I agree. If both Trump and Biden end up going head-to-head in the next election, I'm afraid it will, again, come down to voting for the best of the worst or writing someone in.

The following quote has been attributed to many including Confucius and Socrates: “Seek revenge and you should dig two graves, one for yourself”
The latest poll from ABC was that 70% of Americans didn't want Biden to run in 2024; 60% for Trump. Both are too old and have too much baggage. The thought of Biden dying in office and Harris taking over is particularly frightening.
We need someone to try and bring the country together. Neither fits the bill.
My belief is if Biden does run, the Republicans have a good shot if the candidate is other than Trump.
Pee wee Herman would be a good write-in. You know, some one similar to the two nits running already.
Yes, other than Trump which doesn't look likely right now

I believe that the Republicans will never win a presidential election and likely never control the house or senate again.
Democrats have cheating down to a never fail science now.

I think Trump and Biden should have adjacent prison cells.

Maybe we can get a "Write in candidate".
