How do you know not one of those parents has NOT come forward with accusations? Do you know, any idea? I suspect not. The other fact is that just sniffing and playing cutesy with these little children and also women does not meet the normal elements of the law. You know, elements which define the law and make that law enforceable or not. Just sniffing and fondling of the face does not meet the normal elements ENOUGH to make an arrest.

However it certainly cannot be denied that Your little Joe does have a penchant for playing around with little children. Did you see the girl in the recent video recoil away from his inappropriate touch? I sure as hell did. This is not the only time that recoiling has happened both with little children as well as teenagers and adult women. His touching is not appropriate. If in my workplace I had touched the same women and children as Biden does I would likely be fired for sexual harassment. If you have any type of workplace you know or should know I am correct. Quite likely not against the law but definitely opens the door for immediate termination for sexual harassment. I am sure any honest person here on the forum would attest that is true. I used to teach a class on sexual harassment in my job so do know what I am talking about.
