Photolady2014, Excellent post! Thanks for taking UHHs to Yellowstone.
Sweet bears! (Is that an oxymoron?)

This mom and babies were in Haden Valley one of the first evenings. It was getting a little dark, but still got a cute sequence.
Hi Beth, a wonderful set. One question was this Hayden Valley in Yellowstone or another place?

Hope you were using a really long lens!
The bears look so cuddly and adorable from that distance.
(Then), when you least expect to see one of these creatures,
they, suddenly, stand up from behind a huge bush.
It's then, that our image of (the little stuffed bear that sits on
on our daughter's bed,) turns out to be a 7 foot wooly, (beast)
that has real teeth and a bad disposition, because we are in
their feeding groundsels. At that moment, one must turn to
look for an escape route in the other direction that we were
hiking. Bears are meant to be photographed from a long
distance.
Such a great group of photos you have collected.
