It was simply photography (one method),

That's it in a nutshell.

It doesn't say much for UHH that this thread will continue for page after page.

Maybe the semi-skip or full-skip or custom-skip chains will intrude into digital cutting because they can have various tooth intervals of zeroes and ones in comparison to the full-comp chain tooth pattern. 😋 😊

Ha! Does the semi skip and full skip apply to kids playing hopscotch??? I wonder how modern digital hopscotch compares to old fashioned analog hopscotch? Probably because kids play it on their phones.

Well, I’m bored, so people will have to post without me.

I has been more embarrassing than laughable. Can't blame anyone from bailing once the humor has gone out of it.

At first, I thought this was an honest question, so I gave an honest answer - now it has become a joke. It took me too long to [unwatch], but now I’ll leave the laughing.

An honest question? Consider the source.

Beats me!! 🤔 🤨
I've not done any keeping up with those modern game trends.

However, I'll bet digital hopscotch on the phone pad is no suitable substitute for the physical exercising analog of hopping and bopping (and skinning some knees when inadvertently physically tripping on the pavement).

Generally the distinction is analogue cameras use film and digital use a sensor and a memory card.

To make it simple , a camera that has no battery/electronics in it .

My first Minolta and Nikon had batteries, circa 1975, 1980. You could use it but no built in light meter.

That is why CNN had to explain it because they didn't agree with your definition. An analog camera as they called it can have microprocessors and memory as well as digital circuitry.

Analog versus digital, early cameras were analog because there were no electronics involved only mechanical. I would think when cameras started using electronics as a part of their system they no longer were analog.

Electronics for years were all analog.
