While definitely unconstitutional and against the notion of every citizen gets a vote, I would advocate that Supreme Court Judges are stripped of the right to vote. That is the only way to ensure an apolitical SCOTUS.

For a smart guy you surely can be as dumb as they come...... Trump did not pack the court, he appointed conservative jurists, originalists who we have seen vote against each other which for me is a good indication that they are voting their conscience rather than a political agenda.

Would you care to argue against some of their rulings? I would be interested if you have any objective facts to back up your bullshit.

Chump DID "pack the courts".... he appointed judges that had NO experience but whom he thought would be loyal to him.

For example:

Aileen Cannon, the federal judge overseeing Donald Chump’s latest criminal case, has run just four, relatively routine criminal trials in her short tenure on the bench.

And PS... just so you know.... Chump did NOT appoint any "jurists" - EVER!
