"...No photographs should be posted in this section..."
Bill I'm keenly aware of this Forum's Rules and it seems that Admin disagrees with your inference.

"...(By contrast, the Main section is meant for discussions. Sometimes pictures are appropriate in the Main section, but mainly when used to illustrate a point or help the discussion. Pictures of your gear, setup, or schematics of any kind should also go into the Main section.)" Admin

All the best on your photographic journey Bill
btw, I enjoyed your Nikon Image Space offerings Bill, nicely done

I have to agree with all of you, and my apologizes if I offended someone.

I posted it in this very section to stirr the discusión about the influence AI will have and us already having of the photo business...

The message was not clear. Sorry.

Besides, would you recognize her as AI if I didn't disclose it?

I would at least know her implants are terrible.

Getting back to the OP's post, by comparison to "gwilliams6" great images, where you can see the humanity, flaws, and feel the warm blood coursing through their veins, the OP's image is cold, non-human and perfectly resistible as an image. Unfortunately, some day AI will morph to be able to mimic the lifeblood that shows through "gwilliams6's" great work!

It was my first impression. It lacks something people usually have: skin.

The picture doesn't look real. It looks like AI.

Mr. Williams is certainly a very good photographer. One problem I have is that he often uses other people's posts as his personal Photo Gallery...in a forum that is not the Photo Gallery.

Why would that be a problem for you if he is using his work to explain his thought process? That is how the mind of an artist works!

Exactly, and no different than what many other longtime UHHers do here in many discussions. Remember a picture can be worth a thousand words, and can be a more effective way to explain and/or illustrate a concept, or idea that is pertinent to the topic's discussion.

Cheers and best to you all.

jlg1000!

Yes! 1. The features of the "model" are too generic as are all the images of AI "models" that I have seen including XXX.
2. The skin is "plastic looking" and smooth, textureless and free of skin variations and musculature.
3. The model always looks like a "wet dream."
4. Perfect pose and not a hair out of place.

Probably, other reasons too!

Just my 2 cents! Be well! Ed
