Seen at a car show, probably in Arizona. I am really bad at tagging photos after a trip, and I often forget where they come from.

Nice shot,Terry, of a very well cared for Ford. And I'd have to say that I think the owner likes blue, judging from the obvious color of the car, the hanging dice and it even looks like the windows are tinted blue. Is the rear view mirror blue too? I can't tell for sure.

A 39 alright, but he headlights are 40 ford, a common conversion back in the day that allowed the use of the round sealed beam lamps.

In this day and age, even the most faithful of restorations is likely to have some non-original parts, either out of necessity or preference. Maybe they were there when the car was acquired, maybe added later. I doubt that any Ford from that era was painted this color originally, either, but it's still kind of a neat car.
