Tough old car, I bought on in the late 50's, I had to get rid of the mechanical brakes, replaced with juice brakes.

Nice pics! All the vintage photos I’ve seen of cars from that era don’t hint at such color combinations (a two-tone color scheme) or even a light color as seen here. Were such lighter colors and two-toned paint jobs common on the cars of that period?
