No NEVER, don't own a drone and don't enjoy photos taken with them. This was done the old fashioned way, by doing the work to climb up there.

Very man made: that's Lake Powell, whose construction drowned the most spectacularly beautiful canyon of all -Glen Canyon and it's tributaries.
