Crossing the Crown Range South Island NZ

From Wanaka to Queenstown via the Crown range drive is scenic . There is a place near overlook where I saw some explorers going up the vertical hill, no real trail. I was curious . This was some serious hike with tripod and back pack, vertical hill , overgrown so I just had my 20 mm 1.8 for wide and 50 mm 1.4 D to try panorama. The view was spectacular and worth the effort.
