I am sitting in my car waiting for the rain to stop at a local park. I see a lady walking back and forth in the parking lot while holding an umbrella. A little rain isn’t going to stop her from her morning exercise. I took and edited my photo on my cell phone. I hope I don’t regret posting this when I see how the photo looks on a larger monitor.

I like the photograph. It looks sort of a watercolor painting that got a bit too much water. With due respect I would have cropped a bit closer but I still like what you have submitted.
