We have had some stormy weather out here for the past week or so. I've used that opportunity to try and capture some "mood" shots of some of the local barns before and after our little storms. When I posted the images in color, folks suggested I might try and do them in black-and-white as well. Well, here it is. Let me know what you think.
I like them both Tommy. Each in their own way.
Both nice Tommy, but it's color for me.
both are great but I like color
I like them both for different reasons, but my overall preference is for the colored photo.
Nice shot either way but my preference would be the color version.
Two very nice images but the color wins my prize.
Great composition. The old fence in the foreground makes the shot exceptional. I enjoy black and white and I think that would have been my choice if the barn was just aged unpainted wood. But because it is red I would choose that as my favorite. (I think 🤔)

B&W for me. I agree with Mr. William Royer.
I prefer the color version better, even though both are great.

I like the black and white image the most.
I love black and whites, but in this one the barn, grass, and sky really command interest, while in the B &W that foreground rail commands attention.
