I agree with you about so many ways to say the same thing. I personally feel that is part of the problem. No one can speak the plain unadulterated truth. The stats do say that Dept is failing miserably. There is an army colonel that is loved by most of his troops because he speaks plainly and doesn't sugar coat things. He is being investigated because apparently he is kind enough. Army leaders need to be plain direct and respected. The whiny war fighters lose.
