On my old computer I had a program that I could download audio from youtube and it would automatically go to Windows Media where I could then make CDs for my car radio. For the life of me I cannot remember the exact name of the program that I could do this with. I know there are a ton of programs out there that you can download audio or video from youtube, but this one would send the downloads to Windows Media and I don't know if the others are capable of that. Any suggestions?

How old is your car? Does it have USB port(s). If so, you can download YouTube audio tracks, put them on a flash drive and play them in the car. It's easy. One 32 GB or 16 GB flash drive can contain tons of downloaded and converted to mp3 files of YouTube audio tracks. I do it frequently. I have 50,000 files on my computer. PM me for info or suggestions.

Good luck!

I neglected to mention that the music I downloaded with the app was accessible in Windows Media player.

Another vote for Media Human. It works very well.

I have used this one for many years now.
By default, it downloads to your "Downloads" folder.
You can then move it anywhere you wish.
