I love corn, especially the kind that grows on a cob. 😊

Small farms are going by the wayside and large corporate-owned farms are the major players now due to the investment in land, machinery, and resources to grow crops. Without farms, there would be no "us".

I lived next to famer for awhile...nice family.
He grew peanuts, corn and soybeans...his house was 3 miles from mine and he was my closest neighbor.

One day I saw some folks I did not recognize in his fields...called him...kids with bottle rockets.

So Paul (farmer) thanked me and said...from now on I could eat all the corn, peanuts and soybeans I wanted.
No need to call or ask...just pick all I want...in return...watch his fields near me.

He knew what he was doing...I still don't eat corn today.

The corn lobby likes lots of corn so that they make tons of money putting high fructose corn syrup in most of your food and gas. Lots of fat kids and adults .
