I witnessed boar show in November last year. Boats were beautifully decorated with lights.All of them had different themes explaining some history as well.

I have been in Fredricksburg many times. When still working I routinely attended training at the Emergency Management Institue in Emmitsburg. It’s a federal FEMA campus. I always rented a car for the weekends in Frederick and have never heard of this event. Nice. Wish I’d known of it. Nice images.
