Hypothetical question for you Frank. Let's say the country you live in has the highest moral values and respect for life, and you are attacked by one whose values are not highly moral. Do you defend yourself? If so how can you do it without weapons? Predation is a fact of life on earth. Kill or be killed is still unfortunately a valid response to many situations not of our own making.

Deer rifles are typically way more ballistically capable of destroying tissue than an AR-15 type weapon and can be more accurate at long range. Charles Whitman demonstrated that when he killed 16, injured 34 from a tower at the University of Texas with “deer rifles.”

Expanding on this idiocy, let's limit all vehicles to 50hp and 7 gallons fuel tanks. That will slow people way down and make them think more and less innocent people will die in MVA.
