Unsubscribing

Without me unsubscribing, a message is sent to UGGH to unsubscribe me. I have no idea how or why this happens.
I contact UGGH and they resubscribe me. Then it happens again. This makes the 4th time today. Happens about once a month. I’m using a MAC and to the best of my knowledge, I have not set anything to do this.
Any suggestions?

Did you recently save a link? Maybe by accident?
Could it have been an "unsubscribe" link?
Look at any recently saved link contents, but don't click on them.
Multiple use of THAT link could account for the multiple unsubscribes.

In Apple Mail, you may have inadvertently set up a "block" for emails from UHH. This will get you unsubscribed. Check which emails you have blocked.

Your email provider Spectrum started randomly bouncing our email messages a few months ago. They offer no way to contact their postmaster to resolve issues like this. So your best bet is to change your email (if you have another one) or to contact their customer service in hopes of getting them to adjust their filters and let UHH email through.
