Photos from my attic.
I have just uncovered an old photo album. These would have been taken with an old Minolta, probably an X7, in Alberta, about 1985. The 'frost on glass' ones were taken through our single-glazed kitchen window, the temperature would have been about -25C (-13F).
The lightning shots were taken during a severe storm. I forget the exif data, but I do remember they were about 30sec exposures, with the camera held firm against the door frame.
I photographed the photographs, hand held, with a Canon point-and-shoot, an SX730HS. The originals are much sharper, but I cannot find my tripod.
Comments are welcome but don't be too harsh on me, my ego is very frail!
I think you were quite lucky getting 3 lightning shots. I never got one !
Love the lightning shots... did you use a trigger? or?
