Long shot but has anyone got any idea what this is. Looks like a watch but no markings on it anywhere. Two buttons on the side push in but nothing else happens. Great looking watch band.

I had a watch band that looked just like the one shown above, but don't know what happened to it. Just exactly where are you at? lol. Seriously it kept my watch on, but it was too loose. I preferred a leather band.

Yes, it looks like a SS watch strap to me too.
On the beach at Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia, you often see one or more older blokes wandering around with a metal detector. I imagine they are looking for some valuable finds mainly - diamond rings and the like.

It is actually a digital watch. I own one in black. Replace the battery and the display, which consists of four LED groups located between the links, and it will light up. Clever but not very practical; basically a toy.
