The storage times don't say what the quality of the food will be as in taste, they will nourish you and won't kill you if to can get past the smell, flavor etc.
I tried some crackers well one cracker that were from survival supplies from WW2 bomb shelters. It didn't make me sick but it darn near turned my stomach, and the flavor it took me over an hour to get the taste out of my mouth.
However the Hogs loved them

Maybe you can add C-Rations to that (if they still exist… military has MREs now). When I was in Vietnam , 65/66, we had many C-Rations to eat and I never ate/saw one that was younger than me (they had packed on dates but no expiration dates). Looked like they were WW2 leftovers.
