Perhaps they were lying about lying...
Here we see the word Shocked, along with Terrifying and other "terror terms"** has replace the one i loved back in Clinton's day "gravitas." Terror words aimlessly attached to titles are an "existential threat"** whatever that is? Adding spice to food changes the flavor, cyan pepper makes it hot, likewise adding words to titles can evoke a chilling feeling or fear and the people will read to find out the threat. Get creative, here is a list, many have not been used.
https://www.macmillandictionary.com/us/thesaurus-category/american/making-you-feel-afraidFox News and Trump and his followers are not protected by the first Amendment: "Generally speaking, hate speech is protected by the First Amendment to the US Constitution. However, one class of unprotected speech is “incitement to imminent lawless action.” In 1969, the US Supreme Court ruled in the landmark case of Brandenburg v. Ohio, holding that speech has no such protection when it is intended to incite or produce imminent lawless action and (2) is likely, in fact, to do so.This differs from stochastic
terrorism in that actual violence is not required, but intent to incite is.
**"Existential" was originally a word by french philosopher Sartre in early 1900s, the meaning has changed in the 2019 onward
https://www.dictionary.com/e/pop-culture/existential-threat/Sartre's theory of existentialism states that “existence precedes essence”, that is only by existing and acting a certain way do we give meaning to our lives. According to him, there is no fixed design for how a human being should be and no God to give us a purpose. Therefore, the onus for defining ourselves, and by extension humanity, falls squarely on our shoulders. This lack of pre-defined purpose along with an 'absurd' existence that presents to us infinite choices is what Sartre attributes to the “anguish of freedom”.

Pitiful fool. You believed everything they said when they were lying to you for their own financial gains. Now that the truth is out, you want to cling to the lies rather than admit you were duped.

WTF type of bull shit are you selling today???
I never said I believed anything coming out of FOX or any other cable news source, never mind the fact I've not even had cable in 10 years. I've even plainly stated here multiple times that all of the cable news is crap and can't be trusted. So why do you find the need to lie?
And you believe CNN?
How did Russia Russia work out or all the other lies put forth by CNN.
You sound like a sucker for this lie in a constant string of lies.
I don't watch Fox News and you posted the topic, so can you please enlighten us with some of the "lies' Fox News said? Did anyone on Fox News say that Dominion committed fraud or did they interview guests who said Dominion committed fraud? There is a difference.
I don't have a million links stored on my computer for future use, so I can't link to it, but there were a few CNN hosts who privately said the whole Russia collusion was not true. Yet CNN still pushed the narrative. Should they be sued in court? Are they liars?
It’s also no shock that “stars” of CNN and MSNBC are liars as well. They all lie.
Because you already bought into the CNN spin. About that, I am NOT in disbelief.

This is in the public record no matter who reports it. This from Court documents. You can find the same reporting from dozens of different sources. Try getting outside Trump Town Bizzaro World for a few minutes. It will do you good.

Its in the public record now. Read the Court documents. There is nothing for me to add or detract from the public record. Do your own research.
Oh, and BTW, CNN is not a defendant in a defamation lawsuit. When and if they are, and if they get caught red-handed like Fox, I will be just as critical.
Side note, I am surprised the Fox Lawyers did not insist they settle this out of court. They must have known this would come out in discovery. They may not end up paying the 1.6 billion, but the damage to the brand is incalculable.

Neither of these organizations are defendants in a defamation lawsuit. See the difference?
