Spam guisado.take 2 cans of low sodium spam.Cut into half inch squares. Brown the spam at medium heat.add black pepper and a little garlic.at 1 cup of water and about 5 tablespoons of hunts tomatoe sause.while it comes to a boil heat up refried home made beans and heat up a few flower tortillas.serve with a few table spoons of picante sause.enjoy.

During last week's power outage, I had to toss all the food in the fridge and freezer. Luckily, I had a camp stove, a can of Spam and instant oatmeal to get me thru 2 days until I could get to the grocery store.
