I like their spray contact cleaner for electronics. It does a grand job cleaning dust and debris off of circuit boards, potentiometers, switches, battery terminals...
An electronics hobbyist friend uses it before servicing old equipment. He opened up my old 1974 Pioneer receiver, took it outside, and used a whole can of the stuff on it. Only then would he test the components and replace faulty capacitors, drifting resistors, etc. There was decades of crud left on the trash bag under the receiver from that cleaning.
If you can't find DeOxit, the WD-40 SPECIALIST® CONTACT CLEANER is a good substitute. "Big box" home supply stores carry it.

I see their products used by online people.

There is a choice of solutions for many/most problems. If it moves but shouldn't, use duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use WD40. I've not been told that duct tape will solve all problems.
Several years ago I had an older Lincoln Continental and the driver's side window was stuck in the down position. I took it to the local dealer and he told me it needed a new motor, but he was required to use genuine Ford parts and it was backordered...it would take 10 days to get a new one.
I protested mentioning that it was going to rain that night and asked if he could just raise the window. He said that without the motor it wouldn't stay up.
Of course, my response to that was, "don't you have any duct tape?"
He cracked up which caused me to follow up with, "what's so funny, duct tape will fix anything."
I left and stopped at Firestone where they had no problem using 3rd party replacement parts and I stayed dry that night.
The duct tape cartoon....also good if you're out of Beano.
If you think in an emergency to use the other side of the duct tape since it is smooth.
An entirely new set of problems immediately confronts you...but it's too late.

Yes, third party parts usually work fine. Electronic parts are a different story, though - at least with Honda. I bought a mass airflow sensor from AutoZone for $76. The car rejected it. Fortunately, Honda was willing to sell me an identical unit for $276. The warranty on that AutoZone sensor was no good because I had installed it. So, I guess the part was guaranteed to be in the box.

And that duct tape is reusable if you're willing to remove all the hairs.
If duct tape and WD-40 won't do it, there's always Windex.
