Ordering trouble with B&H

I placed an order with them just this past week and had no issues.

My printer, NAS, and HSA…not so much.

It is, without a doubt, your computer as I just got off the phone with my buddy up there (he will remain nameless) and he informed my no one is having issues ordering from them.
So, please take down what I consider a DIRTY LAUNDRY post slamming a very good company. You have put them on trial and convicted them without B&H having a chance to reply.
So, in the words of Ronald Reagan, "Mister Trapper 1, tear down your post!!!"

I'll order a Z9 and some lenses, and I'll tell you how it goes. 😂

I've had lots of glitches over the years ordering from all sorts of sites. Businesses hate this situation, but things happen. I can sympathize.

Why is it that you are so critical of other people's posts on this site?
Trapper 1 was just saying he was having a problem with trying to order something. I didn't see where he's was trashing B&H.
Please get off your high horse and stop being so judgemental of others here.

I just ordered from BH on Thursday and Delivered on Saturday no problem

Your experience sounds eerily familiar with an issue I had last week. I put in my login credentials and a circle on the website just kept rotating. Tried several times over several days. Lastly, I used a different browser and everything worked. You might try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps.

Call B&H they’re very responsive and will happily help you nothing like talking to a real person on the phone

Folks, please read the original post completely before making recommendations. It clearly says the original poster has hearing difficulties and cannot use a phone to communicate with B&H.

Earlier this week on several occasions I had trouble accessing the B&H website. I was not placing an order, just looking for information. And I cannot say if the problem was actually with their website or with my Internet access or somewhere in between (I'm on the West Coast and they're on the East Coast). But, for what it's worth, maybe there were some glitches. Later in the week I had no problem accessing the site and I just looked up the item the OP mentions and have no problem seeing it. Of course, I did not place an order for it either, so I can't say 100% for certain if all is well... just that I couldn't find any faults like I had seen earlier in the week.

This doesn’t need 2 pages of replies, most of which ignore the fact that the poor guy has a hearing disability or reiterates that you were able to order something which does nothing to solve the guy’s problem since he can’t.

His solution could not be simpler. Just pm Henry on Sunday and poof, your problem will be solved.
