The Keystone pipeline was supposed to be carrying Canadian oil, not US drilled and pumped oil.
The most recent Keystone pipeline 14,000 barrel spill in Washington County, Kansas was more likely to have raised the cost of crude.
President Biden had NOTHING to do with that oil spill, did he?
