Neat critters. Does the cat appear to be developing opposable thumbs?

One of our critters.
Magnificent horse, caught wonderfully in stride.
I watch critter encounters daily between our cat and birds at our window feeder. Case in point our cat and a Tree sparrow! The Tree Sparrow shows two identifying marks in the last photo: first identifying photo, a central breast spot and second identifying mark, the bottom yellow portion of its bicolour bill. The cat loves watching the birds up close and bats the window with its paw causing the bird top fly away, to return again!

That's a very unique group Tim. Well done.
Critters galore. Like Tim, I’m not trying to hog the challenge … but I have a lot of critter shots.
Famished forest fox (caught by my great niece’s quick eye)
Ralph, a magnificent beast
Watch the birdie
Thank goodness for long lenses
You can look, but you’d better not touch
Our pooch, “Chata,” Portuguese for “annoying pest” (annoyed at being disturbed)

When I lived in Alaska, I took lots of photos of moose. Here are a couple taken when I encountered one in my front yard in January 2008 (I was on the other side of a picture window).
When you encounter a Moose in your front yard, you know you live too far north.

Animals are one of my favorite photo subjects, lets share our encounters with them.
I have been enjoying this challenge and all of the photos that have been posted. Here are a few bird photos that I have taken.

Wanted to do something with these but I don't know what or how. However, I didn't have the encounter, I'd say it was the bird that had the encounter. Was inside our garage. Don't know what kind of bird. Was quite big. I measured it once. As I remember, the wing span was 13".
Now that I think about it, I may have submitted some of these before.
A bird was briefly in our attic, I opened the window and encouraged it to fly out.

I enjoyed the cat's eye view of the bird feeder.
