In my opinion, two of the greatest jazz artists performing classic compositions. Clifford Brown is so fluid and melodic in his improvisation. What a tragic loss at age 25. One can only imagine what we missed.

I own a lot of Clifford Brown albums (CDs), many with Max Roach. I guess I need more Sara Vaughan albums! Thanks for sharing.

I just purchased CDs of the above album and In the Land of Hi-Fi. I know there is a combined CD reissue of both albums on one CD but for cataloging purposes I usually want the single album versions. Yikes, I only owned two Sarah Vaughan albums under her name. There are so many good Jazz albums.

For a moment I pondered what I was when "23". Back to reality - it's wonderful being almost 86.
