I'd like to get a TLR camera to sit on my desk at work. Something like a Rolleiflex but I don't plan to shoot film, so it doesn't need to work. 30 bucks or so would be great.

Looking on eBay, any Rolleiflex will cost you more than that, 5 to 10 times your price. How about this one? About 40 bucks when you add shipping. Or you can just type in twin lens reflex into the eBay search. Note that many of these cameras are being auctioned and don't show what the final price will be.

Check out a local “antique” store. You can probably find an old Kodak or Ansco pseudo-TLR that would clean up nicely and give your desk that retro art deco vibe.

Ask King Charles III, his mother had a Roleiflex and she doesn't use it any more. I don't think he shoot TLR.
