Where is this place? It's about a quarter mile past the entrance to the town dump. Just turn left (or right if you're coming from the south) at Dave's Corner Market and continue past Rotary Park and up to the stop sign. Then, rather than turning right (which would put you on Mill Creek, the street, not the creek), continue on up the Sand Flats road as it passes the graveyard, winds its way up and past Animal Control, the recycle center, and the town dump. If you get to the entrance booth for the Sand Flats Recreation Area, you went too far and will have turn around. Or not, your choice; who knows? you might like Sand Flats and Hell's Revenge and Fins 'N Things, or even the quickie --and far and away the prettier and more interesting-- route up to the LaSal Mountain Loop Road.
From there, you're on your own....
