Agreed. And one of Trader Joe's biggest sellers is a little bottle labeled "Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Blend." A couple of shakes turns a plain bagel into an everything bagel like magic!

From 1964 to 2012 I was required to have a security clearance and random checks were part of life. On retirement, I thought that was over… but… as a disabled veteran using VA… they check me each year and before issue of any pain meds. Just a part of my life.

I love everything bagels. Problem is when you’re eating them they make such a mess. “Everythings” get all over the table, your fingers…everything. Lately, I decided not to eat them at home and only eat them at restaurants. Anywhere away from home.
My mouth is now watering for an E.B. with cream cheese and lox.

When I lived in southern California I could get an Egg Bagel easily. Now, in southern Oregon they don't know what I'm asking for. Even bagel shops don't serve egg bagels around here! It's sad!
