Was using this for months & loved it. Not working & the HP techs cannot figure it out.. To get more info. check out YouTube on HP Smart app. Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks Allan

Try resetting up printer connected to USB cable and then remove cable and change to Wi-Fi. Another trick is to download actual drivers from HP website, install using the printer and devices app in Windows control panel and then run the HP setup. It’s so strange how HP Smart works for months and then mysteriously stops working. Everyone complains about this.

The HP Smart app has been running on my Win 11 system for more than a year. I wonder what I am doing wrong. I mean right. :)
It is annoying that the system does not keep me logged into HP. When I restart the computer, HP Smart will not work unless I remember to login.
BTW, I am using an HP Envy 6400 series printer. --Richard

Qimage Ultimate, a stand-alone or plug-in is fantastic to print your pictures. It even will analyze the picture and decide if perceptual or relative colorimetric will provide the best color.
