Sometimes I think Churches look better if they're not all there.
Trying to get a little more adventurous with the tools available in AFFINITY increasing unsharp and clarity and selective sweeps with the burn brush on 70% opacity and a low hardness setting.

This has a Constable quality about it. I like it.
Great shot. Good composition that creates a balance between the flying bird and the rooster on top of the church.

Unique and pretty composition! Love the combination of dark and light, combined with a quite interesting subject, containing multiple points of interest. Makes for an outstanding photo!
John, I agree with you, but will take it a bit further and say that with any architectural photography, it is often a mistake to feel the need to show the entire building. More often it creates a bit of drama to capture just an interesting piece of it and "leave them wanting more".
Of course, it helps if it is an interesting building in the first place.
Well done, photo is a beauty, leaves me wanting to see more.
I never get tired of seeing UK churches!
You captured a beautiful scene, John!!
