This is basically why I lost interest in auto mechanics when I was 17. I volunteered to help a friend at 9 AM on Saturday morning for a one hour job. He just needed an extra hand. I had a date that night that I barely made as the job did not end until 6 PM.

I (we) inherited a 1996 Mazda 2 door.
The previous owner installed a non stock 165 thermostat. It leaked.
He also used non stock bolts. That rusted away- hence the leak.
I'm too old for this! I don't want to work on this old sideways 6cyl POS!
