Well, the Democrats have a very long history of winning lawsuits about gerrymandering and vote suppression, while the GOP has a long history of LOSING lawsuits about alleged voter fraud.

Did you actually bother reading that article? The map was supposed to be drawn fairly by a bi-partisan committee, but the REPUBLICANS torpedoed it.
