A dog purist will tell you these aren't all Terriers, but they all share a certain look and feel nevertheless.

I like the last one with a Carin best. It reminds me of my Carin I had years ago.

Although very similar in appearance, this dog is a Berger Picard.

Just ask a 4-year-old, they will distill it to its basics; "Doggie!!!" and immediately start petting and hugging.
I always enjoy your dog shots.

"Terrier, Not 'Terrorist'".
If you have ever had a Scottie, you know that they can be one and the same!!
My wife's dog is a Shih Zhu but mine is a mix - Daddy was a Jack Russell "Irish Shorty" and she is a Daddy's girl in looks, the Vet thought she was a purebred the first time she went in (Mommy was a Chihuahua miniature dachshund mix).
I named her Tara, but made the mistake of letting my wife take her for her first tags at 6 months. Later that day she gave me the papers to file and on the form her name was "Terror". I asked "Why?" - "Because there weren't enough spaces on the form for Little Holy Terror!" She was a bit energetic, the cats took to sleeping on top of the bookshelves because Tara wanted to play, and they wanted to sleep. When summer came she started to live in the family room with a doggie door to the backyard that energy went into keeping squirrels away from the bird feeders.
