I have a Canon Pixma MG7752.Keeps telling me there is no paper in draws.
Bought a nother Canon MG5750 as this used same inks, which I had many.Though matchine not as good as original.
This again tells me there is no paper in drawer. Have tried one sheet, and numerous sheets .Diferent sizes and types.
With no effect. Have re-downloaded drivers Etc.
Any clues ,please.
Thanks , meshlg
Have you called Canon direct? In my experience they are easy to deal with on the phone. I'm not at home or I would give you their phone number but it is in the literature that came with the machine
have u cleaned the paper detect sensor?
When everything else fails call Canon Tech Support......800-652-2666....They are the best.
Thanks for reply. Could I have a little more info on Paper Detect Sensor please.
Cheers.
My ts8520 did that. It was because I had the rear feed as the choice in the set up on the PC. Not sure if that is your issue but it took me awhile to figure it out. I couldn't change it on the printer for some reason but finally figured out to change it in the Canon software
