I should have said non functioning. When underneath you can see broken ties and displaced tracks.
Thank you for pointing that out. I should have looked closer.

What paper mill would that be? Obviously not the truck route for that paper mill based on the sign on bridge.

It is abandoned and vacant.
From this perspective it would be immediately to the left a few yards.
The bridge goes over Olive Street and between Barrett Ct. and Penn Ave very close to Barrett.
The mill building is: Pennsylvania Paper and Supply Co, Penn Furniture Warehouse and Kids Go Shopping now.

Okay I hauled many loads of paper over 42 years, I do not recall going into that mill. What was the mill name? Great picture if times in our history.

I gave you the location.
Google it and decide.
I just drove past and it was abandoned and glanced at the name as it was not important to me at the time.

Urban environment.
Do you know which paper mill? I worked for the Kimberly Clark Corp. I thought they had one in the area.
Great shot of the bridge; looking at it makes you think, can a train actually cross it?

Read above, I gave the location but do not know the name as I just glanced at it when driving and later saw the bridge and did not backtrack.
