Photoshop Express for windows 10 download help

When I try to download Photoshop for windows 10, nothing happens. If in the Windows Store, when I click “ get in store app”, there is a tiny flicker, then nothing happens. Help!

Reboot your system and try again. If it fails, call them! No crystal ball to see what is not working from here. Are you sure it wasn't down loading the background? Check your download directory.
