I don't open emails other than those whose addresses I recognize. I also do not delete email. I just let it sit on the Gmail servers.
My method probably will not work for others, but I do not get/open scam emails or other garbage.

We all know that it's a scam but they just keep trying it on. In the UK we have a free health service so she wouldn't have to pay for her father's medical care. Most orphans in the UK are looked after by family or put in to foster care by Social Services, this can last until a child reaches 18. The few orphanages around are very heavily regulated, generally run by local authorities. The exceptions are Dr Barnardos, a well-known charity and the church
