Finally got one come out of the trees.
I looked up Tennessee Warbler and found a couple of birds that looked very similar so I am reluctant to identify.
But I know for sure it is yellow.

The Google picture search coughs up 'Tennessee' Warbler first, but it's listed under "confusing fall warblers". Great shots in any case! 👍👍

Two days ago I had 2 in my backyard. I identified them as Nashville Warblers. They are on the way back to the south.
