Just speculating here. What is the crime for the FBI of wrongly classifying a government document to prevent scrutiny and hide the truth for the corrupt purpose of covering up the spying and "coup" attempt against the president??

And then launching an illegal raid against the former president to get those documents back before he exposed them.

Intriguing thought. You could be on to something. I've always suspected that Trump may have had documentation regarding all of the democrats past dealings, starting with evil Hillary's Russian hoax...

Let me enlighten you on something I heard on TV last night. Apparently years ago Clinton tried to keep some of the tapes that he recorded when he was leaving office. The government said they wanted them back but the judge, Amy (her last name escapes me at the moment but it’s the same judge that was in the Manafort trial), ruled that a president has complete control over what happens to those documents. And the national archives or no one else has any say so. So, I suspect that before long, Trump and 1/2 of the nation will be snickering at the left who is so hell bent on bringing him down. The person explaining this was John Solomon.

While audio tapes "could be classified", the ones you refer to were NOT!

Documents contained in folders marked "Secret", "Top Secret", or "Confidential" would have to be "de-classified" BEFORE or AT THE TIME a president could use his authority under the Presidential Records Act to declare the recordings part of his personal records and take the home.

Do YOU have any documentation that chump followed procedure? Maybe YOU can "think" one up?

Wrong... no difference, because many of the boxes that Trump had contained personal newspapers. AND, he proclaimed all the documents declassified. Some of those documents may have been top secret at one time, but with changing circumstances may be not be so important in preset times. The fact is YOU nor I nor anyone in the general public knows yet. So, put your little crystal ball away until the facts come out.

Documents labeled as Confidential, etc., STAY Confidential, etc., until they are PROPERLY modified as in "declassified". It doesn't matter what the contents are... whether it is pertinent at the time or not!
