Look at the black guy who walked into a McDonald's in NYC a couple of days ago and started beating white people becaues they were white and threatening them with a hatchet then walked out saying he felt threatened.
As far as I know he is still on the streets.

Bail is not to punish. Bail is to insure one makes their court days. The new system is supposed to screen arrestees
to determine whether they are a flight risk, and if they are a danger to anyone. Bail makes sure people without money stay in jail while awaiting trial, and those with money, dangerous or not, are able to go home. Do you really believe that making bail bondmen rich makes you safer? Are you under the impression that very dangerous people don't get released under the old system?
