I'm interested in purchasing Nikon 1's, especially later models of series V and J (little interest in the S line). If you wish to sell, please email me (4phil@roadrunner.com).
Hi Phil,
The camera went out in yesterday's mail. I hope you enjoy it. Take care & ...

Looks like you found one - I have two, a J1 and a V1, I found that the V1 paired with the FT1 adapter, and a Nikon AFP 70-300 VR is an awesome little package, fully functional and fast AF and superb reach (and i much prefer a viewfinder). Watch and review carefully the CX lenses, they are prone to a "gear" slippage issue on the aperture, that makes many "go dark" and requires complete teardown to repair .
If you buy any of the CX lenses, make sure you have some sort of warranty/recourse, and watch out on Ebay. I have several copies of the 30-110 and the 10-30, they do a good job, but the 70-300 AFP, wow, what a great and inexpensive pairing!!!! That aside, good copies of the CX lenses work well. The FT1 adapter makes these very cool little cameras with serious capability, and even without they do a good job! It now rivals my Sony Nex-6 and A6000 for my use, (and for those who Poo Poo a 10 MP camera, unless you are making huge prints..... I've seen no downside). The last one made, the J5 is supposed to be the best model in terms of resolution, but Ive not tried one yet, and have no complaints about my V1/J1 - Have fun!!
