We watched them for several hours. Rain, snow, rain & snow, then wind and even a tiny bit of sun! You can see the rain/snow in the next to last photo. 600mm lens with 1.2 extender and cropped!

I wish they were a bit closer! These are with a 600mm and 1.4 or the 2x, don’t remember for sure on this one, and yes cropped. The 2x is nice but degrades the photo more than I would like. For this series we were with them for hours and I used both 1.4 and 2x as I am still learning the 600mm!
