New photo with Tamron 150-600mm g2 lens on d7200. Uncertain if exif data will attach. Improvement comments and suggestions will be appreciated.
Looks a little soft on my monitor fchretdet. Like the composition.

Seems very soft. With that size lens go for a higher shutter and/or a tripod.

Your EXIF is not coming through. In addition to shutter speed and tripod use I will also suggest you check the auto fine tune to see if it's dialed in correctly. Do you use single point focus?
Keep testing to find the right combination that gives you the best result.

Attach the file as a JPEG, not a bit-map (BMP).

I own a Tamron 150-600 in Sony A mount. While testing it the other day I noticed that even a slight breeze was enough to create camera shake. It was on a rock solid tripod and I used the 10 sec timer but the hood seems to act like a sail. In addition I also discovered that heat shimmer can have a very detrimental effect when shooting at 600mm. Live and learn.
Thanks, here it is as a jpeg.
I have that lens and have taken many pictures with it attached to my D7200. Be sure the VC is on. For still subjects I normally shoot with a shutter speed of 1/800sec and use a monopod or some other support. The one problem I had with it attached to the D7200 is at times it would refuse to auto focus and I would need to turn the camera off and back on again. I don't recall that happening with my D500 which I have it attached to now. The combination you have now is capable of producing some very nice images.
Test it on a target like a blossom on a yard stick and see where the sharp plane falls. Looks like you need to calibrate/micro adjust to your camera. Any filters on it? Could be that.

Consider posting the unedited original from the camera. It may be your processing that is negatively impacting the image, that is, the software that created this JPEG w/ cropping rather than the original file from the camera.
That's the exact reason I traded mine in for another Nikon 200~500 f5.6!! Was it at full zoom? I've owned two Tamron big zooms. Never another!! No problem with Tamron small lenses!
