I have several waiting on me. Not to be nasty but I hope they wait a little longer.

The same can be said (felt) about select humans in our lives, too.

So sad. I don't want to be in a heaven that doesn't include all my beloved dogs. I just hope they all get along!
It's cute, but animals don't have an afterlife. When they die, they're gone, forever. I had a little dog who lived to be 14. She was the cutest little thing. I felt worse when she died than when anyone else has died! It's kind of scary, but I might have loved hermore than any 'person' I've known!

If they're in Heaven, they'll get along.
I must have had a dozen dogs during my lifetime.

Thanks Jerry. Made my day.
Wow ! I felt a dampness around my eyes when saw this one. And again when I copied it for my friends and family.
I'm 85 with a history of many dogs in that span and every one my favorite. I'm not too far from seeing them all once more. That dampness has turned into real tears running down my cheeks as I am engulfed in wonderful memories.

For anyone who has lost a dear pet this comes to your heart.
Never miss this comic strip. Brian Basset, the creator, definitely gets the bond we dog lovers have. At 72 I am on dogs 9 and 10 now. Losing one is horrible but not having one is worse. For me anyway.😒
