This is another entry in the "Florida man" series.
"... the driver appears to have gotten lucky twice over..." The author must have loved writing that line.
"Driver suffers 'injuries to his private area" Teeth marks?

Good questions.
Looking at the photo, there is a body about in the middle of the shot, looking like they are prone. I did not see any blood markings. Thinking in terms of three people involved in the collision, which of the seen people are these three? The picture looks like it was taken in short order after the impact.
I wonder how many of the guys around the wreckage instinctively cover themselves upon learning of the cause for the accident.
As I always tell my people, "Drive carefully and defensively. You never know what may cause the next wreck."
There is a time and a place for everything. Behind the wheel is not the time or place for that activity.

Especially when said automobile is motion with one of the participants allegedly guiding the vehicle.
I would love to see the police report handed to the dispatch regarding the collision. We were required to be very precise in our descriptions. (For the purpose of the ensuing court case.) (Plus the comments in the appropriate section of the citation.)

Hmmm... what was the name of that book...? Catch 22? No.... I remember! "The World According to Garp!"- John Irving
I'm surprised this never happened to me in my youth. Lady in question lived toward the end of a long curvy and hilly road. The good old days.
It was NOT the time to say, "bite me."

But, apparently, she did.
Fla is not the only state this happens in. I see this type of activity almost daily on my way to work at a major airport. Other activities I see is men shaving (using electric razor), women putting on lipstick, doing their make-up, changing clothes, etc.

Right. The recipient was not so lucky, as I recall.
