Do you own the Condo within the boundaries of the same. Not knowing the explicit laws there but Condos here in PA. there are considered to be Real Estate and there is a Home Owners Association. Therefore, do you have a Deed for the CONDO. I am assuming that you spelled it incorrectly.

I understand "purchaser" but exactly what do you mean by "assignee??" Someone who can sign for the dellivery maybe? Strange condition for sale imo. Just never seen these kinds of conditions on a small sale add before.
