I found another picture, very similar from that same time and offered that to her. The new pic hasn't been cropped and will print nicely to 11x14. Thanks to all

I have a picture from years ago when I was playing around with HDR . Well a friend of mine's girlfriend really likes this picture and wants to have it printed on a canvas. She wants to send it to
https://www.canvaspeople.com/Can it be resize somehow to fit maybe a 11"x14" or any size ??
Thanks
Not perfect, but . . . .it is 11X14 crop, about 15.5 MB, and a little straighter.

Nice work!
Upsizing introduces some artifacts but they will not be visible at 11x14, especially since canvas has it's own texture.

We need more information. Is it a digital file or a print? If file, what pixel count (MP) and file size (MB)? But there is a good chance the answer is yes.
It's on this page. That means it's digital. Actually 8. some small extension X 12. some extension. It does look a bit baked, so I don't know how much enlargement it will stand for a decent print. You can change it to whatever dimensions you want, while understanding that if your after size is not proportional to your before size, you will either have to crop, or create a blank of the size you want, paste the original to it, and fill in the blank edge(s) left by the paste. Not difficult, especially if you leave the blank edge at the top of the photo. Then it's just a matter of extending the blue sky. Good luck.
A few years ago I tried Canvas People and threw it out! Canvas on Demand is reasonable and does a better job. There are others that are more expensive and do even better.
It’s 3803x2443. For an 11x14 print in paper it’s borderline but should give an excellent print on canvas.
